Subject to Change thru March 31
- League registration fees will be unchanged, still $100/team.
- Referee fees this year. Only one referee will be assigned per game, unless requested:
| Age bracket | 2026 | 2025 |
2024 |
| U11 | $50 | $50 | $50 |
| U13 | $60 | $60 | $60 |
| U15 | $85 | $85 | $80 |
| U18 |
$95 |
$95 | $90 |
- The U18 age brackets will again allow graduated seniors to participate. Players must still have a birthdate no earlier than 2008.
- "Club Referees": A list of "club referees" is being assembled for people who are not certified referees, but who will be allowed by clubs to referee games, particularly at the lower age brackets where referees are hard to find. Please send names and contact information to our Assignor, Mark Simons.
- The Fine Schedule is in the League Rules document.
- GotSport: NYSWYSA this year will again use GotSport exclusively for player rostering. Please make yourself familiar with this site. See the PLAYER REGISTRATION tab of this website for details, and reach out to NYSWYSA if you have questions.
- Local signups: Clubs can "sign up" players into their own club however they like: (Demosphere, local web pages, paper forms, etc.) In the end, player information that was collected during those signups must be imported into GotSport in order for players to be placed onto official rosters.
- Risk Management requirements (background checks, SafeSport training) must be completed for every coach and assistant in your club. See the RISK MANAGEMENT tab of this website for more information.
- New over the past 2-3 years: Players who will be 18 on or before 7/31/2026 must also complete certain SafeSport training. This is because they are no longer considered minors and they will be around minors. This training is free of charge, but mandatory.
- Game Cancellations: Each game day, please watch the website for global game suspensions (heat, weather, air quality, etc.) Any local or widespread postponements of games will be announced by 4pm on game days.
- Games postponed for such reasons must be made up within short order (e.g., 1 week) or fines will be imposed.
